FinditLower is developed by an independent developer operating as "FinditLower" (contact: contact@finditlower.app). FinditLower is a price-comparison tool: it searches third-party retailers and shopping listings and shows you what it finds. FinditLower is not a retailer, does not sell the products it shows you, and is not a party to any purchase you make as a result of using the app.

• You need an account to save searches, set price alerts, or subscribe to a paid tier.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide an accurate email address, or use Sign in with Google/Apple, and be old enough to use the App Store or Google Play in your country.
• One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service — see Acceptable use.

FinditLower aggregates pricing and availability information from third-party sources — online shopping listings, Google Places, and, at participating retailers, live retailer inventory APIs. We do our best to show accurate, current information, but:

Any purchase you make — online or in person — is a transaction between you and that seller. FinditLower is not a party to it and isn't responsible for the seller's pricing, stock, quality, shipping, or customer service.

FinditLower offers optional paid subscription tiers (Pro, Higher, Max, Ultra), each granting a larger monthly search allowance than the free tier. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on file with that platform.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — FinditLower has no ability to cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by FinditLower directly. We're happy to help you find the right place to request one.
• Price changes: if we change a tier's price, existing subscribers are notified in advance as required by the platform, and continued renewal after a price change means you accept the new price.
• Promo codes: App Store Offer Codes and Google Play promo codes are redeemed through the platform's own redemption flow and subject to its terms.

The free tier includes a limited number of searches per month. You can earn additional bonus searches by watching two rewarded video ads per bonus search, up to a combined total of 20 searches per month (base plus bonus). Ads are served by Google AdMob under its own terms. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits, bonus-search rewards, or ad availability at any time.

You agree not to:

• Automate, scrape, or bulk-query the app or its backend outside of normal app usage.
• Attempt to circumvent search limits, ad-reward limits, or subscription checks.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

The FinditLower app, its design, and its FinditLower-authored code are owned by the developer. Product names, images, and prices displayed in the app belong to their respective retailers and listing sources. We claim no ownership over third-party product or retailer content shown in search results.

FinditLower is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any price, availability, product identification, image or barcode recognition result, or search result shown is current, correct, or matches the actual item you photographed, scanned, or searched for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinditLower and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or from any decision or purchase made based on information shown in it — including a trip to a store that turns out to have the wrong price or no stock, buying the wrong part or product because "Search by Photo," barcode scanning, or search results misidentified it, or any fitment, compatibility, or safety issue with a product bought based on an inaccurate identification or match. Where liability can't be fully excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid FinditLower in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using FinditLower and delete your account anytime by emailing contact@finditlower.app. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Deleting your account doesn't retroactively refund past subscription charges — see Subscriptions & billing for cancellation and refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
